Ohhhh this was a good one. I could not put it down.
We were introduced to Ryder in Drunk on you(Ana and Julian's story) but now we get more information and see it played out.
Ryder ends up a single father, thank the lord because the mother is piece of work. He is continuing his life working and tending to his daughter Addie. Providing Addie with the family he always wanted. He meets Kira, who is working in the Companies Childcare and then she ends up working for him as his live in nanny.
Kira, sweet Kira, this woman deserves so much. The strength she has for herself and her daughter, Violet, was admirable. The way she cared for Addie as her own from the start was everything Ryder wanted for his daughter.
Ryder and Kira found each other when they needed each other most. They showed up for each other each day and for their family. The slight flirting turned to passion was amazing. I will say, the turn of events had me flipping the pages, or tapping at my kindle wanting to know. I was fully into this book. It was amazing!!!
