This is extremely backwards and bad advice. It totally reframes every marital problem as something that women can fix. No accountability at all towards the men, even with abusive men. The author even says “chances are that you either started it or piled it on”. This is so false. There’s no excuse for abuse. So many men are abusive and blaming the woman is so 1950’s.
