The Secrets of a Fire King by Kim Edwards

2.0

This book was good at the beginning, but the more I read the more I just wanted to put it down and read something else. The stories were mediocre, and there IS such a thing as too much detail. Kim Edwards was making these stories five pages longer than they had to be with useless details that added nothing to the story.
The only reason I gave it two stars was because there were brief passages that WERE beautiful, and the idea of some of the stories were interesting, just not greatly executed.
