Heart Thief by Wren Charles

4.0

This book does not read like a debut, and it is book one of a duet. But you do want to put it on your radar. The spectacular writing of this rollercoaster ride and all its twisty goodness makes it hard to put down.

Kellen is your typical bad boy rock star; he enjoys all of the perks of the job. His edge is what makes his persona, and it takes the right women to see past his facade. Evie is strong and independent, and I was vested in her story quickly. Things are not easy for the two, as chemistry does not make a romance. I am ready for book two.

Now, this book might not be for everyone, pay attention to the triggers, if you need to.

Thank you to the Author for the advanced copy; this is my voluntary review.
