I LOVED this story. It was challenging and heartwarming. The characters were so easy to get attached to and the story was so much more emotional than I expected. My one complaint is that the POV and timeline jumps weren't clearly shown so it was easy to get lost as the scenes changed and you didn't know who or when you were reading from. The ending not a hope filled ending at all, I would have loved just one more chapter showing some sort of start to a new beginning or change, but over all - this story was incredible and compelling and really makes me itch to make a difference in the world. It's an important story that I highly recommend.
