The first part of the book is basically just a list of different definitions. To be honest, not that interesting.
The second part is by far the best, offering an interesting but ultimately very outdated defence of authoritarian government. Some of his arguments could be rebuked by a child, however there are some that give good pause for consideration, and cut to the heart of the issues facing modern democracies.
Parts 3 and 4 largely consist of theological ruminating. Not that interesting either.
So an okay read.
