Some parts were just gross and disturbing for the sake of being gross and disturbing… I’m not the biggest fan of extreme horror though so I guess that tracks. It was predictable and I think unfortunately the author has a way of dragging a majority of her works and then rushing the end with a big bang of action. I wouldn’t really recommend unless you’re into depraved horror works.
