Paris: The Memoir
by Paris Hilton
emotional
funny
hopeful
reflective
fast-paced
Contrary to what I thought of her in the 2000's, Paris is not a dumb blonde, nor is she lazy. She has risen above a considerable amount of trauma, and spends much of her time advocating for others, so they don't endure the same fate. She acknowledges her privilege, but she is savvy and hardworking. Her story was candid and engaging, and I have a new found respect for her.
Moderate: Bullying, Child abuse, Confinement, Emotional abuse, Rape, Torture
