This book was beautiful. Took me a while to read only because of how emotional it was especially since I lost my father to cancer only a couple years ago. But it dealt with grief and loss in a way that was relatable and her connection with her culture through food was amazing. Will definitely be recommending this book to everyone I know that reads.
