First introduced to me by a friend, I enjoy Mayle's writing style. This book is party daydream-fantasy (get laid off and find out your inherited a winery in France on the same day?), part detective caper (who is thwarting him?), and part romance (an American and a Brit! Can they make it?). It's an easy read for a lazy weekend.
