Who Is Mary Sue? by Sophie Collins

this holds a strange place in the landscape as a Collection it's a venturing and a reasoning I am fond of this I think there's a similar notion or two in Victoria AB though Mary Sue I find has more of a thesis & delivery. Beyond the prosey body-text that makes this collection unique as it is, I find that I do really like Sophie's more easily registered-as-verse poems.

One entirely worth your time & strong connection with Claudia Rankine's Citizen which is ofc the unavoidable collection of the past 10 or so. I feel Sophie is developing Rankine in ways she's not hostile to but i'd like to sit down with Mary again to work it out
