Doctor Who: Shada by Gareth Roberts

4.0

This really had the feel of a Tom Baker episode, and a Douglas Adams novel, all wrapped up in one. I guess that'd be obvious from the story's genesis, but none of those qualities were lost when turned into novel form. Quite well written, and an enjoyable read, it definitely put me back into the era where I first met the Doctor and made it fun to relive those years.
