Happier Thinking by Lana Grace Riva
5.0
I was given this book for free in return for an honest review.
This book is short but powerful. In a few pages, it gives many useful and practical tips to improve your thoughts. I found the read to be very useful and found that I was using them almost immediately. I liked the chatty style that the book was written in as it felt more helpful and not preachy like I can imagine some books on this topic might.
Whilst I do not have mental health issues, my mum does. She says that whilst the tips are good, there is nothing she has not heard about before. Whilst I am about to give this book five stars, please be aware that my mum would not.
