Finally done with this book after being overwhelmed with school and house renovations!

We follow the lives of the 6 main characters after they’ve just pulled a heist they don’t even know how they managed to survive. Not having the promised reward they wanted, they are now left without resources, new enemies, and with many more challenges to survive Ketterdam. There’s so much action in this book making it a page turner! I have honestly fallen in love with the way Leigh writes.
There were a few things I didn’t like from the story but does flaws don’t matter much because they are minor details.

This book is filled with sooooo much action and I loved every bit of it. It’s definitely better than the first (IMO) since we already know the characters.


The characters?! OMG! Nina, Inej, & Wylan are my favorite characters and they definitely don’t disappoint you. There’s definitely more romance here but just the necessary amount that you even long for.
