Did not finish book. Stopped at 4%.

The premise of the book did sound quite interesting and (I will admit this) I love the cover and judged it by that, but the romance trope just isn't my cup of tea. For me the main character acted like there was nothing more important than a marriage, and she never even said a word about that to the person she wanted to marry. Like, she never checked with him if he would be interested in a marriage or if her feelings were reciprocated and then she was shocked when he said no, like, girl, you could have seen that coming
