This is my first time reading this author/series and man was it a wild ride. I had no idea what to expect but I’m a big fan of morally grey characters and suspense so I figured this would be right up my alley, and it was!
Despite not having read the previous books, I didn’t feel too lost. I was able to get the gist of what was going on (but I may have to go back and read the others!)
