I almost DNFed many times. For the first like half at least, I was baffled! I couldn't keep anything straight and felt very lost. However, I did start to get more interested after the first half. I still have some questions but I just decided to go with the idea that some things are better left unanswered. You just have to go with it. I am realizing I have a hard time understanding the more realistic fantasy. I'm great with pure fantasy but I find the realism mixed with fantasy to be a little too hard to follow for my taste. But I'm glad I continued it! It had a great ending and a nice conclusion.
