Brilliant story, great duology. The pace was breakneck (my preference) and I like the fact that it didn’t follow tropes such as

using the two boys who looked the same to switch places

and also I have to respect the author for not

wrapping up the love stories neatly

I think I recall people being harsh on this book when it came out - I’m amazed and wouldn’t take a book recommendation from any of them!

I will certainly read her other books
