How to Walk
by Thích Nhất Hạnh
I had practiced sitting meditation for some years and walking meditation a few times when I read this book.
Having read like one-third of the book, I went for a walking meditation. And then, one more time just before I finished the book. And I have to say that it felt like a door that had been invisible to me all these years had opened. A very accessible door that I had never noticed in all those years of sitting meditation.
That second walking meditation took me 1.5 hour and it took me somewhere I had never been before.
I practice walking meditation everyday now. Please, just read this book.
