Cream and Punishment by Susannah Nix

4.0

I am really enjoying this series! Family-centric, small-town love stories brimming with charm, humour, passion, romance and splashes of intrigue. Cream and Punishment is a second chance romance that delivers all the feels.

I’m a sucker for second chance romances and absolutely loved Tanner and Lucy’s story. It was a sweet second chance romance about longing, loss and healing. It was a really heartfelt, touching story that kept me turning the pages and was exactly what I needed. Their slow reconciliation is sweet, sexy, intensely emotional and peppered with surprises, and you cannot help but root for these two to find their happily ever after.

This book ticked all the boxes for me. A story of love, hope, forgiveness and was at times a bit of an emotional roller coaster. And after that OMG ending, I am dying for the next book!
