very well-done. murakami shares insights and advice from his lengthy career, providing a fresh perspective without glorying in his fame (too much). especially appreciated his thoughts about efficiency being the opposite of creativity, collecting experiences and observations as writing fodder, and the importance of physical and spiritual harmony.
