Rebecca Ross has captured my heart with this book. The world building was done so beautifully. The way this was written was lyrical and flowed well throughout. I thoroughly enjoyed reading from all characters’ POV. While I wasn’t surprised by one of the revelations, the second got me. I will be the thinking about this book for a long time and using the images she laid out of the east side of the Isle of Cadence as a cozy place to go in my dreams.
