This is the story of the attorney Sasha McCandless who is trying to become a partner in a prestigious law firm. In order to demonstrate her skills, she is put in charge of a mysterious plane crash.
During her investigation, she meets Leo Connelly, an US Marshal, and they constitute an efficient couple detective.
Even if in the middle of the plot a lot of legal terminology comes up, the author was able to overcome this obstacle with plenty of action and unexpected twists into the story.
