One of my favorite reads of the year. I love Emily Henry! Her writing is encaptivating. She develops her characters in such a way that I really feel invested in their lives. In this book, January is a novelist with writers block and moves into her recently passed father's beach house on Lake Michigan, right next door to fellow writer and college rival, Gus. As they both deal with issues from their past, they grow closer. Highly recommended and will definitely be rereading!
