The many comparisons to The Dispossessed are warranted. While perhaps not as sweeping in its so-called literary merits as Le Guin, this slim little novel is an incendiary expression of political possibility and hope. It is also a wonderful capsule of fantastic world building. Definitely recommend to fans of utopian fiction, to steampunk fantasies, and people with anarchistic curiosities and sympathies.
