Fire in You by Jennifer L. Armentrout

It was an okay read. I really loved the previous books in this series but couldn't really find an In with this one.
The couples in the previous books are so damn cute and I was always cheering them on to overcome all difficulties and already get together. But I didn't really felt in in this book. I had a problem with Brock .... I felt like he got away with everything far to easy. He ditch Jillian and treated her like an annoying little sister even though he knew she was in love with him. And he ditch her for his friends and a girl. I felt that was a huge betrayal and it would be that even when he felt like he was just her friend. Friends should not do that shit. And while she has to deal with a traumatic event he got involved with the chick he ditch Jillian for. And he had the guts to bring her to a family dinner even though it is Jillian's family. I found that pretty rude and felt like another betrayal.
And as they got together years later I still wanted them to end up together but I felt like he should has to fight more to get back in. But Jillian made it pretty easy for him and I that left something sour in my mouth. He should had to do more groveling and Jillian should have told him what this betrayal felt like. Like she was all tricked out and wanted to go to dinner with him and tell him how she felt and he all but forget she existed and hung out with his friends and this dumb Kristen chick. For that he deserved a bitch slap and a serious head smack. I think when that would have happened in the book I would have been really happy with the story. But as it doesn't I still didn't like Brock all that much.. which makes me sad as I was really looking forward to his story from the previous books :(
