Priest by Sierra Simone

5.0

Where do I begin with this one?
For starters, it was a great book!
I grew up in the Catholic church, but as an adult, I am the furthest thing from a religious person. That being said, I didn't want to read this series because I can't stand books that have religion in them. With much convincing from my friends, long after this series was released, I decided to give it a try. I listened to the audiobook and I am obsessed. The main narrator was top notch and really kept me captivated throughout. I will definitely be listening to the rest of the series because of the wonderful narration. This book is very spicy and listening to it was even more enjoyable than I could have read it in my head.
Still can't stand religion, but growing up in the church, I do appreciate how much effort and time Sierra Simone put into making sure all the details were correct. I rather enjoyed the desecration of some of the holy items. Top notch!
