I have such as fun time with this book. Reading Greek mythology in female’s perspective along with strong feminist values is so refreshing even though if it is really harsh truths in female’s daily experience. The author of this book brought up a lot of relevant to women’s daily struggles in reality and mythology. How often women got punished due to their husbands or lovers’ actions.
I was surprised to see Ariadne’s sister, Phaedra’s perspective included so that’s pleasant to see!
