I thought this book was incredibly interesting and a real page turner. Irina is a messy unreliable narrator

with some sociopathic tendencies

I went into the book not knowing much and I think that definitely helped the experience. I have been reading more unreliable and unlikable narrator books recently and I am really starting to enjoy them - more to be added to my tbr
