I have only read two books previously of Mia Sheridan. But what I enjoyed of them was that it was always a nice romantic story with lots of angst and drama!
This book was no different. It captured me from page one until the end. Finished it in one night because I just couldn't stop reading.(and got less than 5hours sleep, but who cares, lol)
It had everything you wanted in a good book. Funny/Emotional/Angst/Drama/Sexy/Hot and everything else you are looking for. It made me angry, made me sad and then I was crying and I didn't even know it
Kira and Grayson are both desperate and need each other for their own reasons. Kira was smart,sassy,passionate and full of life, and Grayson was damaged and broken. And Kira was exactly what he needed in his life even though they both disliked each other immediately.
But the more time they spent together the more they found that they needed each other not just to help them out financially but more emotionally and physically!
"You bring me peace, little witch, and you put a fire in my blood."
I loved loved this story and going on this journey with this couple.
Thank you Mia Sheridan for an amazing book and I will absolutely absolutely reading more of your books!
