The 11th book in an exhilarating historical romance series, In Her Highlander's Bed is a warm blanket of a read. You cannot help falling into the pages of a Lynsay Sand's book, this one is no exception. In the Scottish Highlands, we meet Allisand MacFarlane. A lady who is running from a man with nefarious plots against her family and a vile plan for force her to wed him. So when Allisand, naked and afraid (ha) having risked death to escape. Our heroine attempts to "borrow" a strangers plaid. A struggle ensues, resulting in her waking in a strangers bed. Not knowing who she can trust she fakes amnesia.
The stranger turns out to be Calan Campbell the son of an old family friend. An honorable laird with a heart of gold, and she learns she can trust him with her life, as unbeknownst to her, he already has her heart.
A perfect read for colder nights by the fireplace.
