One by One by Ruth Ware

4.0

I will pick up any book that Ruth Ware writes. Sometimes her books fall a little flat with me (hello The Lying Game) but she is still one of my top suspense writers. One By One is a great premise - a group snowed in at a chalet and people start dying. Very reminiscent of And Then There Were None. While this doesn't quite live up to the Christie classic, it is a very, very good attempt. Ware really knows how to ratchet up the tension in her stories and this one left me guessing until the bitter end.
