No Hard Feelings: The Secret Power of Embracing Emotions at Work by Mollie West Duffy, Liz Fosslien

4.5

Close to being a 5. I loved 95% of it. But 5% was cringy enough to where I may not recommend it based on who I’m talking to. It’s very female centric, and as a male, I could see male readers struggle to get through certain sections because it skews heavily female. The concepts are solid for all genders, but the examples, the writing style, even the design and illustrations are all pretty heavily feminine.
