The audiobook adaptation effectively captured the essence of the written work. While I did not particularly favor the character of Nesta, it was gratifying to witness her eventual growth and realization of her connection with Cassian. However, I found her treatment of him at times to be unbecoming and lacking in gratitude, especially considering the efforts made by others to assist her and address her drinking problem.
