Some little red riding hood with strong Hades and Persephone vibes. I can say I despised most of the characters in this book. There's only 4 likable characters and 2 questionable characters. I feel like a lot of the book was secret even to us until the last few chapters. I do think there are some untied strings at the end. I still have a couple questions. That being said, I really liked the story overall. It was nice reading a standalone fantasy book. I feel like we don't have many of those.
