3.5 stars. I’m not sure why this book was marketed as it was when it feels like it’s really about her dating/sexual history. I still enjoyed it because obviously that’s my jam, but I was specifically seeking out a book about living with anxiety and this did not have as much anxiety content as the cover and description suggest lol
