Critical Role: The Mighty Nein — The Nine Eyes of Lucien by Madeleine Roux
3.5
I had high hopes for this as I loved Molly's /Lucien's story so much during the campaign.
It didn't quite live up to my expectations but it wasn't awful.
I don't think that this would be a great standalone book, or if someone who haven't watched the campaign would read this. Towards the end with crossovers to Mighty Nein you would have to know a lot of things that weren't in the book.
I listened to the audiobook version and while everyone did amazing job the editing was lacking a bit. You could really hear that the voices had been recorded separately (which I assume is usually the case), but at times the audio would cut right after said line and it just made it awkward to listen.
