Overall this was a cute summer beach read that was fun if you didn’t dig too much into it. The story follows Sybil Rain a year after her wedding broke up at the altar. Airline vouchers from her honeymoon are running out so she decides to go to the resort and lo and behold runs into her ex. Her history is told in flashbacks that were timed well and added to the story but I think most of the storyline could have been avoided if she had just talked to her ex, which is one of my pet peeves as a plot device. I still enjoyed it and will read the rest of this series when she inevitably writes it!
