This was the story rockstar romance dreams are made of. Wilder and Eva were intoxicating and heartbreaking. Watching Wilder deal with his demons was so painful at times, my heart just hurt so much for him... And Eva had her own shadows at play too... The cliffhanger events about unalived me as we're left wondering how they're gonna make it out the other side of things.
I loved so much about this one, but especially the spice. It wasn't spice driven, but Wilder and Eva were so hot together. It's been a hot minute since I was blessed with degradation and I forgot how much I adore my FMCs being called dirty girls.
The audio was fantastic. I'm not sure I've listened to Isabelle Ruther or Austin Stone before, but I'll be looking forward to the next time I can. They did such a phenomenal job bringing these characters to life.
