The Bride Test by Helen Hoang
3.0

(3.5 rating) I love this book. I really liked the kiss quotient, and everything about it that stood out to me, the dual perspectives, the viewpoint from an autistic character and how they process events and emotions, the family dynamic, were all in this book. But the bride test also has a depth to it, Esme came from nothing, but stood her ground at all times, knew her worth, and believed in her ability to succeed, she is feminist inspiration in a character. The same problem of miscommunication as in the kiss quotient, but less annoying. I also love that the series revolves around a family, so you can see the story progression of other character’s that you already love.
