This was an average book but it was really short with no real focus on the main characters motivations’, so I had to dock some points for that. I would have greatly appreciated to have more of Heron’s monologue both in the past and the present. This could have been a short story. There are so many unnecessary details about the surrounding characters in this book, but not enough about the MCs.
