Tour of Love

After a messy break up, Heather finds herself back in Lovers, Maine, and plans to spend the summer at her best friend Alana's family guest house while helping her plan her wedding.
Doing her best to avoid her ex while reacquainting herself with her hometown, Heather hits up her favorite spot--Lovers' Lighthouse. There she meets grad student and tour guide, Sage. The pair have an instant connection, and quickly become friends.
When Heather jokingly suggests taking a fake date to Alana's wedding to show her ex (who also happens to be in the wedding) that she's moved on, Sage jumps at the opportunity. Lines blur as the two women grow closer, and their fake relationship turns not so fake as sparks fly between them.
Heather and Sage's story was sweet, swoony, with a good dose of heat. I do feel like the ending of their story was a bit abrupt, but am looking forward to seeing them as side characters in the rest of the series.
