This morning I finished reading the Italian edition of Wait for You by J. Lynn and after collecting all my thoughts about it here's my review!
First of all, I was totally disappointed about this book because after all the amazing reviews I read I expected so much more from it! I felt that all the characters were flat and I could not stand Avery (the main female character). I totally understand that she had a lot of problems so maybe I had to try to understand her more but the way she acted just frustrated me again and again and again.
Also there was so much drama in this book that wasn't needed like the miscommunication between Avery and Cam, Avery and her friends, Avery and her parents, Avery and her schoolmates, Avery and her cousin... (did you get the idea?).
Then I really despised the writing style with all my heart: while reading I found a lot of sentences that were repeated throughout the book so many times SO MANY TIMES. I hope that I found this problem just because maybe the book was translated badly into Italian, but I'm not sure about it.
In short, Wait for You wasn't an enjoyable read for me and I'm certainly not continuing with the series.
