omfg. Spoiler OOOHHH MMMYYYY GOOOSSSHHHHHH. basically what happens is Grace's brother, Jamie, comes back from West Point with his friend Spence. they go to a party on an island, spence kisses grace, alexei interrupts, spence & alexei get into a fist fight, jamie and grace break it up and go back to the embassy together. the next day, spence turns up dead and alexei is the one that everyone's blaming. what happened was that Spence's grandma was a part of the secret society or something and told him there was treasure. so he found out about it or something and was killed??? actually now that I think about it, they never figured out who actually killed him. but anyway- towards the end, jamie gets shot. and then grace is told that SHE IS THE LOST PRINCESS OF ADRIA. [because during this one night back in the day, the entire royal family was killed except for a baby (which the society saved). the baby ended up living and having children etc etc.]
