Is the story believable? Absolutely not. If you like your thrillers believable, don’t pick this up. I had to suspend my belief the whole way through. Is it entertaining? Absolutely. The book is split into 2 parts. Part 1 being entertaining, fast paced and action-packed while part 2 slows down into more cerebral territory (diving into the background of the founders of the chain) while also explaining how those caught in the chain heal or… not. It also picks up in an intelligent way (computer cracking, code dealing, HTML MySpace shit x’s100)

The author writes really well and I like his descriptions. He does go into some gun details, which didn’t bother me at all but if you dislike talks of weapons it might bother you. The premise was out of this world and I found it interesting, even the unbelievable parts were well thought out. I loved considering the possibilities of what I would do in a situation like this and honestly I’d probably burn the world down 🙃
