It's basically only for writers/authors. For anyone else there's nothing useful.
Also, to say that "creativity" is some kind of magic, or it's own being, is weird and questionable at best. Not only that, but I'm sick and tired of people saying that creativity is only artistic stuff. It's not.
This book felt like reading a diary. It also felt like the author was trying to reach the needed word count. Just the same stuff over and over again.
Personally I can't recommend this book at all. The 1 star is only because it might be good for authors, but that's it.
