The Phantom Prince: My Life with Ted Bundy
by Molly Kendall, Elizabeth Kendall
This book was a great read. Heartbreaking without a doubt, especially Molly’s final entry at the end of the book. Liz and Molly manage to convey just how good Bundy was at his charismatic nice guy persona. Reading Liz list off the red flags he gave off over the years and then shrug them off was frustrating, but then I remember that Bundy was a sociopath, and, as it turns out, gaslighting was one of his favorite tools. My heart breaks for the victims of Bundy, and for the trauma and despair Molly and Liz lived through, but the final chapters of the book leave you feeling a little light hearted at how well they’re doing now. Fuck Ted Bundy, guys.
