Did not finish book. Stopped at 29%.

I wanted to love this book so badly. I love murder mysteries. I heard this was “Only Murders in the Building” in book form. I hoped for cozy, comfy, retirement suspense vibes. Maybe the expectations were too high or maybe I wasn’t in the right reading mindset.

There were so many characters, I struggled to keep track of the names and who’s-who. The plot felt clunky. Maybe it would’ve come together if I’d stuck with it but I found myself groaning at the thought of picking it back up.
