I have to say I was expecting so much more from this series. The beginning of the story and the blurb is promising. But the plot and the execution, again, fall boring in the middle. Miss Perry kept on dragging the story by putting too many plot.
I only feel lukewarm toward Hunter and Maisy. I found their attraction is not enough to elevate the story. And the twist of who is Hunter, also predictable since beginning. Need more drama to make it work.
Overall this is still an OK read. Just OK.
