This series continues to be wonderful and such a blast to read. I really loved the use of the USA vs China World Cup match as a way for Mia to investigate more into who she is and how she fits into the world. As always Mia is a delight to read from, her spunky attitude brightens the reading experience and I am always happy to see moments in these books where Mia has to make a wrong step or mistake so that she can learn from things and realize that it is just a part of life that you will goof up and that learning never really stops. And as per usual with this series is that getting to have Mia's friends, family and the motel weeklies heavily involved in story lines brings so much to the story and keeps the beloved vibe of these books so strong.
